SBI digital services will be temporarily affected on January 22, 2022 due to maintenance issues.

Due to a planned upgrade of the lender’s digital banking platforms, State Bank of India’s various digital services will be discontinued on Saturday.

According to the bank’s official Twitter account, SBI customers will not be able to use services such as Internet Banking, YONO, YONO Lite, UPI on Saturday mornings.

We ask our valued customers to support us as we strive to provide a better banking experience, SBI said in a tweet.

“We will undertake technology upgrade activities between 2:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. (early morning) on ​​January 22, 2022. During this period, Internet banking/YONO/ YONO Lite/ YONO Business/ UPI will not be available,” SBI said Friday on Twitter.

Previously, such maintenance took place on December 11, 2021, for a stipulated period of time.

SBI SMS Banking

If you are an SBI customer, you can use the bank’s SMS banking service to check your account balance or get a mini statement. To check your balance, text “BAL” to 09223766666.

This service allows you to access your account balance, mini-statement and other information by making a missed call or sending an SMS from your registered mobile number to predefined mobile numbers using predefined phrases.

According to data released by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), SBI was the largest remitter to UPI in December 2021.
