Customers have complained about not being able to see their accounts on the mobile app or desktop, and some have complained about not being able to access their money while shopping.
@RBC I don’t have access to my grocery money, just found out there is a nationwide RBC outage affecting my accounts. What is happening here? I waited at the cash register for 30 minutes hoping it would work out, I’ll have to leave because now I’m out of money
