KUALA LUMPUR: Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has notified that its services are beginning to experience slowdowns due to unprecedented high traffic volumes on its platforms.
In a statement released today, the bank said it is currently working to resolve and restore its services which affected the Maybank2u web, M2U app, MAE app and debit card usage. from Monday 9 a.m.

“Rest assured that your account balances and details remain intact and secure with us. We apologize to all affected customers for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
“We appreciate our customers’ understanding and patience and will continue to update them periodically through Maybank’s official social media and M2U platforms,” he said.
